Callwarm (ABN 38 681 063 591) is operated from Australia and serves businesses worldwide. This policy explains how we handle personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and the privacy laws that apply where our customers are based.
What we collect
When you request early access or sign up, we collect your name, business name, mobile number, email address and industry. When businesses use Callwarm, we also process the phone numbers and text messages of people who call those businesses, so the business can reply and book them in.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about Callwarm, set up and run your account, provide support, send service messages and bill you. We use callers' details only to provide the Callwarm service to the business they contacted.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run Callwarm, such as website hosting, messaging and payment services. These providers may store data in other countries. We never sell your personal information.
Marketing
We only send marketing messages if you've agreed to them, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe. Callers who receive a text from a business using Callwarm can reply STOP at any time.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete it when it's no longer needed.
Access and corrections
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us.
